Did somebody find the drill during the quest to drill the hole in the washing house when the guardians were washing up there?

It's not the quest. Just a bonus scene. The drill is next to carts on the square and somewhere else, I don't remember exactly, but I found it in two places.

Wander around the square for couple of days or just ask who have passed to give you a drill hack.

I found a drill on a wagon that was standing next to the Merchant's house, when he was not there.

I've just said that you can find quests and bonus items in different scenes,
and I think there are even more of them than we know. The author mixed it up, super!
