What about warning players?

What do you think about warning players about unfinished story lines?
Everyone met this - you play some kind of quest and suddenly see the inscription from the developer "This dialogue will be available in the next version" or "This location will be available in the next version of the game."

Is it good or bad? :?:

On the one hand, the player does not waste time searching for a solution, knowing that it doesn't exist yet.
On the other hand, after 2-3 such messages players lose interest. In my experience it was like "This game is full of imperfections, I have to give up playing."
